Lithuanian AI Startup Guideless Secures €1M in Pre-Seed Funding
Guideless, an AI-powered software training platform, has raised €1 million to further develop its technology and expand internationally.

Guideless, a Lithuanian AI startup, has successfully raised €1 million in pre-seed funding to drive the development of its innovative technology and support its expansion into new markets. The funding round was led by Superhero Capital, with participation from FIRSTPICK VC and several angel investors, including Thomas Plantenga, Vytautas Atkočaitis, and Mantas Mikuckas.
## Background Guideless was founded by Evaldas Bieliūnas and Dovydas Remeika, with the goal of streamlining software training and operational knowledge using AI. The company soft-launched its product in late 2025 and was officially incorporated in June 2026. Guideless is targeting the significant time and resources companies spend on creating and updating software training materials, which can become outdated as teams, tools, and workflows change.
The platform uses AI to automate the creation and maintenance of software training and workflow documentation. It captures workflows as users perform them within business software and uses AI to turn individual steps into structured training materials. These materials can include visual sequences, written instructions, transcripts, and narration, and can be edited, branded, shared, or exported.
## Key Features According to Evaldas Bieliūnas, CEO and co-founder of Guideless, the platform is designed to convert every workflow it captures into structured operational context. This forms an evolving memory layer that preserves institutional knowledge as teams, tools, and processes change. The platform supports text-to-speech in over 40 languages and can reduce the time needed to create and update training documentation by up to ten times.
## Market and Expansion Guideless currently has over 3,000 users and paying customers across 15 markets. Its technology is used by teams at Vinted, Masan Consumer Holdings, and the Nevada Hospital Association, among hundreds of other organizations. The new funding will be used to accelerate product development, grow the team, and support Guideless' planned expansion into the UK, wider European, and US markets.
The funding will enable Guideless to further develop its technology and expand its reach, providing more companies with the opportunity to streamline their software training and operational knowledge. With its innovative approach to AI-powered software training, Guideless is well-positioned to make a significant impact in the industry.
